In 2021, Phoenix had completed a roof replacement for the Watson family. Two years later, a catastrophic hailstorm with baseball-sized hail destroyed both their roof and an aging solar system. The Watsons reached out again, trusting Phoenix to not only restore their home but also handle the complex insurance claims and upgrade their energy system.
Solution
Phoenix responded immediately, working directly with the insurance provider to secure full coverage for a roof replacement and a brand new solar system. The team installed Malarkey Vista AR shingles in the rich Sienna Blend color—one of the most durable, impact-rated shingles on the market.
The outdated solar system was replaced with high-performance REC solar panels powered by a Sol-Ark inverter—a Texas-based manufacturer known for its resilience and efficiency.

The homeowner returned to Phoenix after a devastating hailstorm destroyed the roof installed in 2021 and severely damaged their outdated solar system.
