As part of the replacement process, the client chose to upgrade the property with a Tesla Solar Roof and Tesla Powerwall system to improve both energy resilience and long-term property value.

Already invested in the Tesla ecosystem through ownership of a Cybertruck and Tesla Model S, the homeowner was looking for a solution that aligned with both the performance and innovation standards reflected in their lifestyle and business background as the owner of HMD Motorsports, an IndyCar development racing team.

The client was able to integrate Tesla Powershare technology, allowing both the Tesla Powerwall and Cybertruck to serve as backup energy sources for the home.
